we had so much laughter at dinners sharing stories - so as well as doing the deep work we had a lot of fun. so i think that was the highlight for me!

time with myself in different places has always been healing. It gives you perspective on your every day and the trivial things you might be worried about.

combining the practices I have picked up along the way that create space and allow for introspection, holding space.

what is your most memorable travel experience yet?

probably my trips to Australia, I've been 5 times and everytime I have a magical time, it's my spiritual home!

what are tools that you have used to find balance and confidence during times of transition, like a Saturn Return?

journaling, yoga and meditation.
