we had so much laughter at dinners sharing stories - so as well as doing the deep work we had a lot of fun. so i think that was the highlight for me!

it has given me an anchor for life's challenges, and a lens from which I view the world which keeps me curious, and in a state of fascination as there is always more to know and learn.

time with myself in different places has always been healing. It gives you perspective on your every day and the trivial things you might be worried about.

combining the practices I have picked up along the way that create space and allow for introspection, holding space.

probably my trips to Australia, I've been 5 times and everytime I have a magical time, it's my spiritual home!
